• Category input: When you select a category, we send that category text to our AI provider to generate the pose idea. We do not store this input beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request and operate the service.
• Technical data: Like most websites, basic server logs may include your request time, IP address, user agent, and referrer for security and reliability. We do not build personal profiles from this data.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not request or store your photos or images.
• We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details to use the core features.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the service, including generating pose ideas, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliability.
• To protect the service from abuse, fraud, and security threats (for example, rate limiting or detecting harmful traffic patterns).

AI Provider

PoseGuru uses the Mistral API to generate text responses to your category selection. The category you choose is sent to Mistral to create a one-sentence pose idea. We do not send any images or personal user data to the AI provider.

We recommend reviewing Mistral’s documentation and policies to understand how requests are processed by their systems. Our usage is limited to generating the text for the pose idea you requested.

Cookies

PoseGuru aims to minimize cookies. If cookies or local storage are used, they are limited to essential functionality (for example, theme preference). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or to build personal profiles.

Data Retention and Security

We retain only the minimal data necessary to operate and secure the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest where applicable. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

PoseGuru is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
